James Bulloch, Jr. is the Senior Pastor and Founder of Christ Covenant Church International, a contemporary faith based church in Memphis, TN. He has faithfully served in ministry for over 23 years.  After his 20 year tenure as an Assistant Pastor, the Lord Jesus commissioned Pastor Bulloch in January of 2011 to go forth and establish Christ Covenant Church International, which is often referred to as "3CI" by its members.  He began with a few devoted members who have continuously supported the vision and the visionary, with love and faithfulness.  Pastor Bulloch’s love for the Lord is exemplified in his passion to serve God's people. He is truly a leader that leads by example.  

 

“Pastor B”, as he is affectionately called, has been the husband to First Lady Audrey Bulloch for over 20 years.  They are native Memphians, and the proud parents of Justin, Ashley, and Jarred.  He believes the tangible joy and manifested fruit of life is in his family.  He is often quoted as saying, “To lead others…one must learn to be led”, and “Lead by example-starts first in your home..  It is in this vein, he teaches that ministry begins with a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

 

Pastor Bulloch is a honors graduate of Fairley High School, and attended the University of Memphis majoring in Management Information Systems (MIS).  He is a 1993 graduate and the class Salutatorian of Ministry Training International.  He holds a host of certifications in business and accolades from several offices of leadership throughout the city of Memphis.  He is an entrepreneur by nature, having a creative gifting to establish and prosper within the business environment.  Pastor Bulloch has successfully started and led several ventures which include a restaurant, mortgage company, and real estate investment companies.  Much of his leadership was developed while in the capacity of Senior Operations Manager and Analyst with a national logistic company.

 

Pastor B has the heart of a true Pastor.  As under-shepherd of 3CI, he has a sincere desire to see the Lord’s people saved, prosper, and grow in the knowledge of God’s word.  He believes that we are all called to serve the Lord in some capacity, and one way to exemplify our devotion is to volunteer to help in your local church.  Together, we can change the world one life at a time!
